酒店工作小结

本人于**月**日到酒店参加工作,到店后首先在总监的带领和介绍下对酒店的各个功能分区和现阶段酒店的部分工程进度以及酒店前厅在开业前的工作安排进行了了解,并由总监对酒店在开业前的筹备工作做了部署,现就个人工作做如下总结:

二、学习、制定和完善部门的规章制度。

坚持制度化管理,利用筹备期间的闲暇时间学习部门总监编写的前厅部岗位责任、规章制度、安全制度、工作流程等,并从个人角度对有关制度的见解、建议反馈给部门总监以供参考。

三、重视酒店施工中的监察工作,尽力确保酒店硬件设施的高质量。 酒店现期正处于装修施工的紧张阶段,本人随同酒店管理团队例行每天多次视察工地,随时跟进工程进度,检查施工中的违规行为,对装修中的部分施工提出个人建议并上报,确保装修施工质量按预定设计高质量完成。

四、 加强部门合作,创和谐团结工作气氛。 由于酒店现阶段处于筹备装修阶段,人手紧张,编制不齐,本人至入职以来先后被抽调到厨房、人事等部门协助开展工作,此举既合理分配了人力又加强了部门间的沟通合作,使整个酒店充满了团结互助的和谐氛围。

五、注重培训资料的整理和培训计划的安排。 个人至入职以来一直协同总监从个人工作经历、网络与专业书籍等方面对前厅的培训资料做收集和整理,并多次变更前厅的培训计划,力求将本部门的培训计划做细、做精,为酒店培养出一批服务素质高,业务技能过硬的前厅工作人员。

工作计划

一、根据实际情况继续完善关于培训方面的文案,切实搞好新员工的培训工作。

二、来年前厅的装修、装饰将进入一个突飞的阶段,为此本人也将及时对前厅的各项工程进度进行跟进,并对一些细微布局根据实际情况从个人角度提出见解、建议。

三、协同总监对前厅的VI系统与前厅的印刷品的格式进行选样、定样。

四、结合明年即将上线的中软管理系统近一步完善各岗位的工作流程及工作标准。

由于酒店现阶段还处于装修施工与筹备阶段中,部分工作还在计划中未付诸实践,下一年的工作任务将更加艰巨,希望在以后的日常工作中在总监的带领下按照酒店领导的指示根据实际情况不断更改完善出适合于**国际酒店自身的管理制度,为此本人将号召部门以下全员团结拼搏、努力工作,将前厅工作更上一层楼。

第五篇:酒店筹备期用合同

筹备期用工合同

用人单位(甲方):+++大酒店

职工(乙方):

根据国家《劳动法》的有关规定,经双方友好平等协商自愿签定并共同遵守本合同。

一、 乙方自愿受聘于甲方筹备工作,乙方按甲方工作需要及领导安排认真做好本职工作。受聘期间甲方有权根据工作需要及乙方的工作能力和表现,调整乙方的工作,乙方必须服从安排。

二、 合同期限:本合同自年月日起生效。本合同有效期经甲乙双方商定采取下列第种形式。

① 本合同有效期自年月日起,至年月日止。(乙方试用期可根据本人的工作能力及表现酌情缩短或延长)试用期的缩短及延长以综合办下文为准。

② 无固定期限。本合同除因甲方经营发生变化或在定期考核中发现乙方未能认真履行本合同规定的劳动义务而依法予以终止外,其他条件为:。

七、本酒店的《员工手册》和各项管理制度,应视为本合同的组成条款,乙方必须认真学习,严格遵守,执行。甲方可根据实际情况依法进行修订,解释权属甲方所有。

八、乙方在受聘内应按《员工手册》中的劳动纪律,员工行为规范,奖罚制度,员工培训,安全生产,操作规程等要求,勤奋工作,尽职尽责,为酒店的建设与发展做出贡献,共创企业辉煌伟绩。如严重违反,按有关条例处罚。

九、违约:在合同期内,任何一方如不遵守本合同条款,均属违约,如乙方自动离岗,除扣发当月基本工资外违约方赔偿对方违约金(以本人月基本工资数额为罚金)。

十、本合同一式两份,双方各执一份,合同中未尽事宜,应经双方友好协商解决,如有争议也可通过当地劳动局仲裁部门依法解决。本合同自双方签字之日起生效。
